What a great experience! Nate was great!! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. All around a really good guy. The whole process (setting the appointment/following up/checking in day-of, etc) was smooth and painless. I highly recommend that you give Legend Air a call for all your HVAC needs. 10/10!!
Had routine maintenance today. The tech was Nate. As with everyone at Legend Air, he was very friendly and took time to explain why certain recommendations were made. Very happy with the service and price quoted to have my system cleaned.
Nathan at Legend Air was exceptional..patient, asked questions, explained things in Lehman terms, and explained the issues in a way that helped me understand the consequences. He took the time to show detailed photos and evidence and walked me through several options on how to address them. Zero pressure on having to select Legend Air but I personally chose to stay with them for service and maintenance because of their attention to detail and quality of service!
