My favourite store at Pac Fair.
My husband has just told me of his experience here. He had taken his watch in for repair and when he picked it up, he noticed that the numbers on the watch face were out of alignment, the number 12 was off. He asked the sales assistant if she could see that. She said yes! So with no explanation or apology, she told him it would be ready the following day. Absolutely perfect experience getting an engagement ring made with Legassick. The quality of the ring and stone were excellent, and Renee was great at getting me very involved throughout the process which was very important to me. Most importantly, my fiancée said yes. Hard to beat that!
Awful, Derogatory, experience at the Pacific Fair store. We were there as we have bought before from Legassick many years ago but it seems the culture and sales team are better than all the customers who walk in the door. Seems having a casual chat with friends in store is more important than treating customers with dignity or serving them We were not greeted or acknowledged when we walked in. The fish always smells at the head. Time for a new culture and sales team.
Best service at Pacific Fair. Lovely helpful staff cleaned the chain I bought then displayed it in a beautiful box. Thank you, your staff are the best. I will be back
