Legal shield is for the Attorneys, not the customer. You can't talk about the same concern more then once. Terrible service, also if you cancel they will not pro rate you!! I read another review talking about the Northwest, that is were I live also Kieval and Howard, no wonder I felt the same as they did. Their the same company pretty much!!

I’m so grateful to be member of LegalShield for over 12 years! The first time I used it was an “AHA!” moment. I got a letter from a collections agency that said I owed and internet company $138.00. I had canceled it because it was terrible and they wanted the cancel fee. The attorneys at My LegalShield Provider Law Firm wrote a letter on my behalf and the problem disappeared! First off Karen is not legalshield or Kivel and Howard. For over 20 years she has been taking the best care of her members and always goes the extra mile. I have know Karen for 8.5 years when I met her through Networking. LegalShield is the best LegalPlan on the market today. They’ve spent the last 50 years developing law-firms all through out North America. It’s unfair to give a bad review to someone who only would have tried her very best to help you. You should have left your bad review for the people who let you down.
