Luis has been so helpful and communicative. He went above and beyond with professionalism, promptness and reliability. We had to problem solve an issue (the other party issue, not him or I) and he extended himself to ensure everything got handled properly without extra hassle ot needing to start over. As a woman navigating the legal system alone and learning as I go, it is such a relief to be able to trust who I hire. Luis saved the day with a next-day, highly time-sensitive scheduled service for someone arriving from the airport. Unlike many process servers, he gladly works with individuals who aren't yet represented by a law firm. He walked us through the whole process, stayed extra time to make sure the job got done, and filed the proof of service for a small extra fee.
