The worst office to deal with. They’re rude. Intolerant. I tried to explain I have a learning disability and I needed her to slow down so I could write it down. She hung up on me, twice. They don’t return calls. Took almost 90 days to tell me I had been approved within 5 days. So I went an extra 3 months without a lawyer that I need, I’m being chastised and treated like crap by the courts now cuz they think I’m delaying on purpose. Very confusing building lay out I showed up no one was even present tried calling and same thing no answer. Just had a few basic questions.

Very Unhelpful and rude behaviour of Yelda , We had emergency 🚨 in our family. We tried calling legal Aid number provided by google. Nobody responded to our call , and we visited their office to check, if we can find someone to talk to. Unfortunately, we meet this lady being very rude to us. She closed office 45 minutes before their closing time. Closing the office prematurely not only inconveniences other employees but also reflects a lack of commitment to her job responsibilities.
