The worst office to deal with. They’re rude. Intolerant. I tried to explain I have a learning disability and I needed her to slow down so I could write it down. She hung up on me, twice. They don’t return calls. Took almost 90 days to tell me I had been approved within 5 days. So I went an extra 3 months without a lawyer that I need, I’m being chastised and treated like crap by the courts now cuz they think I’m delaying on purpose.
