Today I spoke with a woman named Lori about having another extension. She was rude , and went on to question me about my personal business and why I needed another Extension and continued to tell me that they already gave me one as if I wasn’t aware of that. She was rude and questioned me about things SHE AS A RECEPTIONIST Shouldn’t have been questioning me about , due to the fact that she’s not the one who approves or declines my extensions.
