I personally think staff could have been friendlier, I arrived to the office at 1130AM to fill out an application, instantly staff member looked at her watch and asked if I would be finished in time for them to take lunch. Very unprofessional

They never want to help me they blame it on government cause they don’t get enough they never wanted to help get my daughter back all of the legal aid services they just want to screw me over
