Poor service. Was told there were no lawyers by a phone representative, and then told by another representative that there were lawyers available. They discriminate if you have a little bit of income even though your low income and think you actually can afford a private attorney when you can"t at all. The lawyers that are provided doesn't care to fight for you instead they make excuses and say one thing and the other when they haven't even looked in the case thoroughly or even understand why you have a case when you present... read more

Useless people, they put zero effort into helping those who really need them. A damn shame, they could be helping so many people.
