Was referred here by Courthouse in Cadillac, lady answering the phone was short, snippy and rude. Abruptly told me that they aren't accepting any new cases and how even if they were they wouldn't help in my circumstance anyway. Then snottily offered to email me some more "resources" or should I say waste of time, where they will undoubtedly tell me they can't help me either. Also she unhelpful told me I could obtain a lawyer... if I had money for a lawyer I would simply take care of the matter I was calling about. WORTHLESS.... read more

Extremely rude, extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I have no idea who’s answering the phone there but you should send her on her way. I’ve had fast food works have better manners. You’re a legal aid center that’s supposedly there to help the community. Let me tell you, you couldn’t be less helpful. Absolutely appalling. I will be contacting our local council regarding this issue because I’m clearly not the only one who’s experiencing this issue. How hard is it to be nice?
