Marquette office is not located where Google maps sent me. When I finally found their office (check their website) it was not a helpful service. I called their office and left multiple voicemail messages over the course of one week. They never returned my phone call. After driving an hour to get there, they advised me that a phone appointment has to be made. Absolutely awful. I am physically disabled and called about being abused and living in the worst living conditions. The woman on the phone literally laughed, said "we can't help everybody", was offended when I said "Jesus christ" and then I hung up on her for feeling equally abused and gaslit by them as the person I was calling about. Zero heart. Awful person. Do not give them your money. They don't want to help you as a person.
