It seems they're too busy with their pet projects, so they don't have any time for the public. Because over the past 20 years, I've only asked for their help like 2-3 times. Every single time I asked for help, they claimed they either didn't provide those types of Legal Services which wasn't true. And/Or, they say they're too busy with other cases. Either way, they don't appear to be a legitimate service at all, from my perspective. Just sayin.
Was told to simply pay or move out. There is no attorney onsite at all. So beware if they are giving you legal advice, that the person giving it to you has about the same credentials as you. I was repeatedly told, "We don't do that, and no that is not how the court system works." The thing about it is the law is the same everywhere, just because you hate socioeconomic disadvantaged people because it reminds you of what you were at one time doesn't mean you won't end up poor once more. For my situation, they were about useless. They get you to court but without representation or guidance. They will not help you appeal either. They did file some court papers for me, be wary, their ability to help is limited.
