My housing is undergoing an ownership change and I needed assistance with protecting my threatened rights that an estopel supposedly protects. Even though I have successfully used them in the past, this time I was met with hostility. It seems they're too busy with their pet projects, so they don't have any time for the public. Because over the past 20 years, I've only asked for their help like 2-3 times. Every single time I asked for help, they claimed they either didn't provide those types of Legal Services which wasn't true. And/Or, they say they're too busy with other cases. Either way, they don't appear to be a legitimate service at all, from my perspective. Just sayin.
