Unprofessional, Incompetent, and Unbelievably Rude I contacted this office for urgent health advocacy, and instead of helping, "Jackie" spent the entire call arguing about things she clearly does not understand. She completely missed the core emergency and got stuck on completely irrelevant details regarding my mother's insurance transfer. This review is not in response to the information that was provided to me but rather about how they handled giving me the information. Julian, I believe that was their name, called me today to inform me that they don't think they'll be able to help me with my case. However the way that they provided that information and did not provide good examples of why the law is not in my favor. Was very dissettling. Also, the lack of empathy was very surprising and upsetting.
