Guys a Monday night, with visibly half tables empty, at 6PM, asked me to wait 45min for a table, then have to eat on the bar, and the food is taking 30min+ to arrive. A clams chowder should not take 40min to arrive, I'm patient but there are some limit. Half tables are not cleaned, waiter literally listening to music on his hear buds while "working"... Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe the awful management and service we received. Alison was incompetent. There are plenty of people looking for work that deserve that job over her. We made a reservation. Got seated right away. Tbh it was the hosts fault for over seating Alison’s section anyways. But Alison takes 15 minutes to even greet us and all we were given was water. 40 Minutes I finally got a Pepsi.
