Came here about 5pm on Friday Oct 2and went up to the host stand to inquire about a table or possible wait. The woman behind the counter did not acknowledge us until she was done with her conversation with her coworker. Extremely rude. We let is slide. Then she asked how many, no welcome or hello. I told her 2 and she said okay a few minutes. I asked how long the wait would be and she immediately got an attitude and said “I said a few minutes” I and the guest I was with were stunned. Had such a wonderful experience at Legal Sea Foods! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and everything came out perfectly. A special thank you to our server, Natalie, who made our experience even better. She was so sweet, welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Amazing service truly makes a difference, and Natalie went above and beyond. Definitely recommend.
My husband and kids and I went on a quick trip to Boston and we were shopping at Copley and wanted to eat at Legal Sea Foods. We loved the food and the service was great Natalie really took care of all our needs and was good with calming our kids which is huge.
