I retained Daniel English as my representative (Tenant) in a LTB case. He was always courteous and professional and made sure I understood all my options at any given time. Conducted a very successful hearing. Highly recommended.

I spoke with Daniel English about a Landlord tenant matter he was abrupt with his responses, spoke extremely fast and was disrespectful. He basically stopped in the middle conversation & said he doesn't want to speak with me because I was crying while explaining my situation to him. He showed no empathy and hung up the phone.
