Just spoke to her and just the same as the other reviewer, she was pretty short and rude. She said to me that it doesn’t do her any good to keep explaining things over and over to her, it doesn’t help her. Then I called back to get clarification about something else, and she was again short and probably the rudest person I’ve ever came across professionally. Basically she said that’s all I have to say and wanted to get off the phone. She should probably stop what she’s doing since she sounds so annoyed by reasonable question... read more
