I've had used Betty and Legal-Ez for three separate trusts. I have found her work ethic to be stellar and her attention to detail and follow through is unmatched for any legal work that I have ever had performed for me. Her style is straightforward and to the point and I appreciate that about her. The documents were delivered timely and filings were never an issue. I have the utmost confidence in her! A real pro and she helped me get a lot of solid work done.
Just spoke to her and just the same as the other reviewer, she was pretty short and rude. She said to me that it doesn’t do her any good to keep explaining things over and over to her, it doesn’t help her. Then I called back to get clarification about something else, and she was again short and probably the rudest person I’ve ever came across professionally.
