The individual that I spoke with was very discouraging and provided me with misinformation. The individual failed to speak to me in a manner that made me feel heard. All I was met with was a snarky dismissive attitude. I thought I had rights as a human and as a tenant to not experience undue hardship or discrimination against mental health disorder(s). I am very doubtful I will be recommending or just this service on the future.
I am incredibly grateful for the support I received from the legal clinic. Sara and the entire team were kind, professional, and truly compassionate throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. I felt heard, respected, and supported every step of the way.
