Customer service gets a zero from me. I have called numerous times and left messages with multiple people to have a manager, salesman, or finance person call me back due to a hard credit check/inquiry coming up on my credit on Jan 12,2026 stating it’s from this dealership, and I am not currently doing any business with Sturgeon, nor have I previously done business with them.
