Incredibly poor quality, frustrating to navigate customer service, the ONE service agent who works there (known as Dean/David or Chinar) is incomprehensible and has apparently only been hired to pacify clients without actually offering any form of assistance. The "writing service" that they provide is obviously performed by non-native english speakers with MS word's thesaurus. Outsource to India much?
