Just brilliant Melissa was a fantastic lady
They randomly decline to provide legal advise depending on the case. I went in with a notice for unpaid fines and they said they don't deal with that type of case. Conveniently gave me a list of private lawyers to contact. Obviously a racket between legal aid and the lawyers.
