The woman who answers the phone is extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy or support. She has given me false information, been unnecessarily demanding, and made an already stressful situation even worse. I’ve also seen other reviews mentioning the same behavior, so this clearly isn’t an isolated experience. They don't believe You. Good attorneys are supposed to represent the client and invite into their office the client. They are supposed to be behind you, not for the opposition. Mona and Arron neither believed me. They were actually for the other side. Maybe the other side had better attorneys. Maybe they were scared. I don't know..I have had good attorneys and I never had one's that took the Opposing side and gave Up. Poorly handled. Gives Legal Aid a bad name. Don't Use them unless you want to lose. They Quit.

I've won every case, accept 1 that they refused to help with! (Unemployment) But There are some wonderful lawyers there, I appreciate the one's that have a heart thanks.
