I've won every case, accept 1 that they refused to help with! (Unemployment) But There are some wonderful lawyers there, I appreciate the one's that have a heart thanks.

Absolutely USELESS joke of a community service. Expect a 15min phone call giving generic advise and letting you know they can't do more. You'll get a letter reinstating they can't help you more than the initial phone call, in your mailbox in 5-7days.
