Every time I call Legal aid children’s Court, the lady at the front desk, Lisa or Alisa, sounds like she just rolled out the bed. Like no energy at all, hard to understand, rude. Makes it real hard to feel like you’re gonna get help or be taken serious. They really need someone better answering phones.
