I called August 4 2025 talked to a.lady for approximately 20 minutes. I was told I was going to get a phone call back she lied! Every time I call Legal aid children’s Court, the lady at the front desk, Lisa or Alisa, sounds like she just rolled out the bed. Like no energy at all, hard to understand, rude. Makes it real hard to feel like you’re gonna get help or be taken serious. They really need someone better answering phones.
Extremely professional and caring experience with Attorney Kimberly Schreiber. I can't thank her enough for what she's done for me.
