If I could give zero stars I would. I called with a simple question about jurisdiction with filing a small claims action. The woman very politely told me she couldn't give out legal advice which I understand. I asked if I could leave a message for one of the attorneys (she said they were down to 2) and she said no, she wasn't sure when they'd be in! Said I should contact a private attorney. Absolutely no help or interest in helping me.

Rude and incompetent
I highly recommend the Legal Aid Society; Iska Hoole is the best attorney around and the staff are so professional and friendly!
