I had a phone appointment and no one called. Someone rescheduled with me. There were technical difficulties on the phone line so she emailed me saying to call her. I called her over and over for 20 minutes and no one answered. They rescheduled me with someone else for a third appointment. This person took all of my information and never got back to me. I have emailed them and called them.
There not answering the phone? Is there a real person to help get me connected to legal advice?????
They don’t care even I want to help doing volunteer with them.
Called this morning about my situation and they got back to me within the hour. They were unable to help with my situation but gave me multiple helpful references!
This office is a complete joke. They never helped anyone who truly needed it. I've been disappointed by the lack of assistance due to circumstances I was brought upon due to a lack of affordable housing. When I had an income with solid credibility plus rental history, no criminal issues, and while I was trying to reach out yet due to defamation that cost me housing. They felt it wasn't worth their time.
