No one ever answers calls or returns then even after an intake. Went on to see if anyone was there and it's by appointment only with a kiosk that doesn't work and there's homeless people camping in front of the door.
The intake woman was not very nice and was rude and judgemental! Her insensitivity made me feel like less than a human being, instead of relieved! having to do my intake with her🥺 made my already tough day, worsE. Instead of hope, I now have more anxiety. The lady lawyer who worked with me last time was really kind and very helpful though.
