Excellent job, great wotk!
The lady who usually take the call is not helpful and always in hurry to finish the call. I told her name and she told me something like ramola/mola. Very unprofessional
Good advice, very nice woman answered the phone and made me feel better after answering a few important questions
They only help if you are already mooching off the system anyone that actually works has to put themselves in debt to get legal counsel because "you can afford it" oh ya for sure let me just go grab $400 an hour for a lawyer i can totally afford that living paycheck to paycheck
Called seeking help. Did not even get through the first half sentence. The lady goes “I cant give you legal advice, try Pro bono and hung up” Okay what the point of legal aid then?? Great waste of 45 mins on the phone and my tax dollars. I hope she is fired. I love to know where to report her but we all know nothing will be done. “We investigated ourselves and did found we did nothing wrong” These government employees are steeped in a culture of lazy, half hearted work. Very sad
