Crappy they don't help good people any more
The service is absolutely useless can't get a hold of anyone in family matters or get assistance with any information complete waste of taxpayers money

The person I spoke to on the phone briefly had an air of annoyance and wouldn’t let me speak. Compassion goes a long way. I doubt anyone that has to call legal aid is in a good place, so showing some kindness would help ease the burdens of folks in a position of need.
The woman who called me back was not just rude, but when I asked if she could point me in the direction of someone who could help since she couldn’t, she responded “No”. Nothing else, not an inkling of help. If you can’t help, at least be kind about it and pretend you care that a family is struggling to know what to do and where to turn. She was cold and rude and I would like to recommend to her superiors that you give her the opportunity to be happy somewhere else.
