Horrible customer service and they need to do a whole overhaul of their customer care. I do not recommend this place. Very rude and nasty attitude with the person that I spoke too plus I called I know at least 5 times and got a voice recording before I got through to someone. Waste of my time.
Worthless, they find any excuse not to help.
Crappy they don't help good people any more
The service is absolutely useless can't get a hold of anyone in family matters or get assistance with any information complete waste of taxpayers money
