Worst service I have ever experienced. This place is a joke, can’t get my attorney Delores to call back or answer an email. She has been MIA for WEEKS!!! The one time I have talked to her on the phone it was nothing but excuses. I have no confidence in the person or if she’s even going to call back or show up for court. I just sent another email with the subject “are you alive?” Radio silence for weeks!!!!
Was assigned Delores Tracee to help me with a case. In 4 weeks I left dozens of emails and voicemails and she does not return calls or emails. I have a court date in 2 days and haven’t heard from her. Have left messages for other people and no one calls back. I guess when you’re paid by the state you have no one to answer to and they don’t care. This business lacks basic human respect and decency to do their jobs. This place is a joke. They never answer the phone, they don't respond to messages, they say they'll call back but they don't. You are all irresponsible, especially whoever is in charge, because they don't take action to address these issues. I've never seen a place with so little regard for its customers. Close this location and stop collecting salaries for a job you're not doing.
A joke won't help because it's time consuming lol. Telling me to be my own lawyer what's the point of this program?
