This place is a joke. They never answer the phone, they don't respond to messages, they say they'll call back but they don't. You are all irresponsible, especially whoever is in charge, because they don't take action to address these issues. I've never seen a place with so little regard for its customers. Close this location and stop collecting salaries for a job you're not doing.

Spent over a year trying to get help, called multiple times. Have been given the runaround and would not recommend this service, you will give them all of your information, including your problems and they will never call you back. Nor will they email you, like a human being deserves to have a response, right?
West Michigan's legal aid system is a joke. We put in an application MONTHS ago for assistance with bankruptcy, and we were NEVER called about our case. My husband sat on the phone with legal aid when the person on the phone said "They will call you back in 2 to 3 weeks on whether or not they will be taking our case." 2 weeks pass, nothing. 3 weeks pass, nothing.
