I went to legal aide of Western Michigan for help with my landlords illegally run boarding home in Holland MI. I have documents obtained via FOIA, a landlord trying to use multiple documents that don't meet the legal definition of lease in the state of Michigan, involved city inspectors, the city council, plus more. Very informative
Worst service I have ever experienced. This place is a joke, can’t get my attorney Delores to call back or answer an email. She has been MIA for WEEKS!!! The one time I have talked to her on the phone it was nothing but excuses. I have no confidence in the person or if she’s even going to call back or show up for court. I just sent another email with the subject “are you alive?” Radio silence for weeks!!!!
Was assigned Delores Tracee to help me with a case. In 4 weeks I left dozens of emails and voicemails and she does not return calls or emails. I have a court date in 2 days and haven’t heard from her. Have left messages for other people and no one calls back. I guess when you’re paid by the state you have no one to answer to and they don’t care. This business lacks basic human respect and decency to do their jobs. If you tell someone you are going to help them, then you should have the integrity to do as you say. I’ve never ... read more
