So yes they were helpful the last I spoke to them but now I can't reach or even get into their office I went at 2 before 4 and there doors are locked

No help at all. I'm trying to get help for my 87 year old sister, who has limited income, is in skilled nursing and unable to do much for herself. One person I talked to told me they couldn't help until she was denied for Medicaid. I talked to another person and she refused to help because she said my sister has to apply herself, then went into all this stuff about it would be me applying and I'm not eligible for their services.
