Called a few minutes ago to ask about talking to an attorney regarding VA education benefits. I was told to contact a private attorney and then hung up on when I tried to explain that I have tried this and need assistance. What a great way to help the community AR Legal Aid, NOT!!! Don't know if I would even waste your breath making an attempt to talk to these rude and inconsiderate people that apparently don't care.
I called one time to ask a question about the legalities of some property and the girl I spoke to on the phone probably should not have even been working there because she doesn't listen. I am a naturally loud talker and all she did was complain that I was yelling at her when I was far from doing that and I explained to her my frustration was simply because she kept asking questions that I had already given answers to. It just goes to show some people shouldn't be working with phones. I ended up having to hang up.
