Appalling service..I needed assistance with a case against homes nsw and they denied me that.. id never had to do this before and had no idea what to do, but I did my best and got mocked and belittled by the judge and homes got away with deplorable service for another month after we already suffered 10months. I have physical disability and using 2 flights of stairs can become difficult and we have waited 10months to use a toilet and they got given another month to fix the issue and regarding rent reduction or compensation I ... read more

She was absolutely brilliant at her job and she went above and beyond to try and ensure I got the information I needed. I really can’t thank her enough.
