I called to talk to someone about an issue my friend was having with their landlord. Tess was great and patient. She called back and was Always polite and professional. My friend waa not so proactive and did not call her back. Tess tried to get a hold of her in a respectful manner. I do not know if the case was completed or not, but just on the actions of tess and her professionalism in would recommend legal aid again and again. Thank you.
