The legal aid Cindy Lee acted extremely unprofessional. Don't reply to email and phone, only care about how many hours you left, impatient, rude and never listen to you, always blame clients via the phone. Yelled at clients even asked a question but she made typos and mistakes on documents. Not help at all, always said she is busy or don't want to waste time on you. The bad service I have ever received!
