I love living here at Legado Encino. I’ve been living here for 4 years and I can honestly say I have only good things to say about this place. We recently got a new office manager Ray whom I absolutely love!!! .He has been very kind, helpful and friendly. Bridget in the office is also always very lovely to deal with. Alvaro the maintenance gentleman is also always smiling and ready to assist. If you’re thinking of moving in here it’s a great property and the rent is quite affordable.
I loved living at Legado and miss it already! I moved into this building in 2019 and stayed for over 3yrs. It was my first apartment and as a young girl living alone, I had a pretty lengthy wishlist. Legado checked all of my boxes but especially safety. Being completely gated with nightly security, really eased my mind. Everyone who works in this building is so genuine and I was on a first name basis with most, if not, all of them. Very nice. Near lots of nice restaurants and shops on Ventura.
