I have been a member of prosperity bank for several years now I am and the customer service is out of this world amazing. Went into the location on Dallas Parkway. Had an issue with my account. I needed to get a new card immediately and there was no problem with getting that done. Everyone was so helpful. Great service
DO NOT USE THIS BANK! YOU WILL REGRET IT! The company as a whole is a nightmare. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I used Viewpoint years and years ago. Then it became Legacy and they were not the best. Now Prosperity is the worst.
Ive been with the bank since community credit union. So a long time. Today i was dissapointed in drive thru service. African american lady very un professional. She might need a pep talk or re training. Im sorry.
