While the actual work was competent, the customer communication, scheduling and service left plenty to be desired. On two occasions, work was scheduled without contacting me, which I only actually discovered after I received a text cancelling the appointments I never actually knew about. I expected better based on all the 5-star reviews online.
Great communication and service
The team showed up on time and we reviewed the job before they started. Alex and Connor both were diligent and hard working, installing some 5” and 6” gutters as well as round downspouts to match our current ones. Then they installed gutter guards on all the gutters. They were respectful of our plantings around the house and did a good cleanup after the job was complete. I would recommend this company, as it is the second time I’ve used them.
Cal was great. Fixed my disconnected downspout in about 5 minutes! Plus he reinforded the connections.
