Legacy is known to dispatch inexperienced install crews and lacks accountability for poorly executed jobs. Had a couple of short runs of gutter installed today. Oliver and Bryson were both professional and efficient and did a great job.
We found Legacy Gutters after a no-show from another gutter company, but it turned out that was a blessing in disguise because we couldn't have had a better experience with Legacy. Kaleb came out to show us our options and he was courteous, well-informed, and non-pushy. We chose to go with the 5k aluminum in standard white, and were happy with the quote. If I could give Legacy Gutters ZERO STARS, I would. This company was subcontracted through Master Roofers to install our gutters and installed them completely incorrectly and then would not own their mistake, nor fix the problem. We have had tremendous water damage to our house as a result. Here are all of the issues with Legacy: -Gutters were installed without enough pitch, leaving standing water in our gutters. We just used Legacy Gutter for the 2nd time, and we are again so pleased, not only with the result, but the professionalism from start to finish. We won't use anybody else!
