Company was great to work with. Installation was super fast, very professional. One window was broken when arrived. Company replaced asap next day. Install finish is fantastic. Windows are great quality. We live in Arizona where it's 100 degrees most of the year; these windows live up to the challenge. Our home was built in 1987 and did have dual pains, these windows are far superior and the pricing was right. Excellent upgrade for us. They make a big difference on the front of our West facing home!!!
Just had Michael and his team out to the house and I can tell you my windows have never looked this good. They weren't this clean when I moved into the house. Michael's going to be here once or twice a year. My dogs already walked into the window twice If you think this is some bougie expense that you can't afford, think again. This was more affordable than a dinner for four and my house has never looked better. My backyard's never showcased better. I was scammed by this business. A man by the name of William Leipart contacted me to complete a job for Legacy Windows. After the job was completed, he disappeared with the money. I talked to many homeowners who purchased windows through Legacy and all were extremely unhappy. William told me he was contracted by Legacy and didn’t actually work for them, so I contacted the company that is apparently based in Utah and shut down their AZ division. He along with a few others are operating a scam. He has an LLC named WL3 Designs ... read more
I'm updating the previous one star review as Legacy addressed our concerns to our satisfaction. They'd had some staff turnover in our region and frankly, we'd fallen through the cracks, but they acknowledged this, took care of our order and compensated us for the delays. Assuming their staffing issues are fixed, we'd wholeheartedly recommend Legacy for the value of their product and services. If you have any issues, call the home office in Utah. I'm updating our five start review--which I hope to update again in future--to say that we're currently quite disappointed in Legacy Windows. As per the original review (still visible below), we greatly enjoyed the windows we had installed, so much so we decided to get a sliding door replaced. It's been months now since they measured for the door and we put our deposit down and we still haven't had it installed or received any sort of eta.
