After telling the door to door salesmen that ignore my no soliciting sign "no" for about eight years they finally caught my husband and locked him into a $15,000+ contract. So no honeymoon for me. Windows were ready ahead of schedule. The crew was prompt and professional. Installation was quickly and beautifully done. The crew was courteous and left the site clean inside and out. The windows are wonderful. Easy to open, close and clean. It has restored the beautiful view of the mountains from our front window. The additional sound buffering has been a nice bonus as well
TERRIBLE PRODUCT, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! As you will read over and over from other authentic reviews, these windows are terrible and create major security issues and major drafts! They do not lock as they should, and the locking mechanism creates a major draft!!! Your salesman will claim "these windows will save you 30% or more on your energy bills", this is infact false advertisement because when the windows locks are engaged, they create a massive draft. You might as well leave your windows opened about a 1/4 inch all through... read more
A representative kept knocking on my door and I have a no solicitor sign on my door.
I had Legacy windows replace three windows in my upstairs bedrooms which use to get extremely warm during the summer months but now they stay much cooler. They have been great and the whole process was very smooth and easy.
