If I could give zero stars I would. Don't trust these thief's. They lied about the product we were getting. They promised a premium window that had no tracks and opened into the house for easy cleaning. What we got were regular windows for an outrageous price. Not to mention the windows don't even latch shut properly and are draft. They have promised for months that they would send an inspector out to look at the windows and see if they could be fixed to properly shut and lock, but they never show up for any appointment that... read more

These people are crooks do not buy from them!! We had the salesman Kestin Garner come to our house for a demonstration. He showed us double hung up/down windows that didn't have a track and folded into the house for easy cleaning. We were impressed with the window design and were considering the window installations. I said that I wanted to see what their side slider windows looked like first. At this point Kestin turned the display on its side and said they look just like this. I had Legacy replace all of my home's windows two years ago. They did a good job and were efficient. Two years later the windows look great. I did have one piece break last week. I called as they said they had a lifetime warranty and that same day RC and Kevin worked to have it fixed. They truly did honor their warranty. Thanks!

Legacy Windows did a great job with our windows!! I've been wanting new windows since I bought the house, and Legacy was able to make new windows affordable. The entire crew that we worked with was respectful, honest, and easy to work with. They worked quick during install, and were clean - they even cleaned up the little pieces in the driveway from opening the window boxes.
