He takes your money and then disappears. When you chase him down to find out when he's doing your project, you'll hear nothing but lies, lies and more lies. A Legacy of lies, harassment, and lost money! I had contacted Mark Spencer, owner of Legacy Window & Door, to create an opening and install a window in my home. After taking a 50% deposit and missing his installation date, his crew finally arrived weeks later at my home to do work. They did not have many of the needed supplies.
