Just had my first wellness meeting with Lisa and carved out a 90 day plan. She is a wealth of knowledge, caring and very personable! Feeling thankful & very encouraged!

The owner tries to pawn herself as a medical doctor and her services as medical treatments, but she is not a doctor, and the treatments are snake oil at best.
Lisa gets to the root of the problem and not just putting a “bandage” on your issue. The supplements she recommends plus holding you accountable for your lifestyle choices has helped my gut health tremendously. I highly recommend her and look forward to our next session.
Lisa is very attentive and really listens to what you have to say. She genuinely cares and really wants to see your health improve. I just finished my first 90 day protocol and I already feel so much better. I'm looking forward to the next 90 days as I'm expecting even more great results. I highly recommend her!
