I’ve been taking my cat and dogs for their yearly vaccines and have always just walked in. No issue. Takes five minutes usually. Husband went to take the dogs today and they said they can’t do a walk in today due to it being cats day or whatever. So fine. I called up there to clarify the walk in situation. They said they no longer do walk ins for vaccines only for urgent care. They couldn’t even get us in for over a week just for shots. Our dog Daisy broke her toenail over the weekend and we called first thing Monday morning and even though they were fully booked they offered to get us worked in as a walk in appt. We were very grateful and we didn’t even have to wait that long, they were so kind and good with our fur baby, removed the broken toenail and wrapped up her paw, gave us antibiotics and pain meds. She already seems to feel much better! And their prices are very reasonable. Thank you!

Took two little kittens in for spay/neuter surgery on their last cat day. The prices were so good, they offered a full service for the cats. They were very busy that morning, but the girls worked wonderfully together getting all necessary paperwork filled out and answered all the questions everyone had. I have since recommended Legacy for their wonderful spay and neuter program to help pet owners and, like myself, someone who helps strays.
