Chubby blonde lady that shows up in a Mercedes, is a rude person. She came to my building at 7am and had 2 construction guys beating a wall down with a hammer. Woke my sleeping child up crying. When I went to address the situation she felt entitled enough to tell me that she didn't care and that she would keep going no matter what time it was. I am an owner at this condo and she disrespected me as well as every other resident at this building.

I booked a reservation through Airbnb that was confirmed, only for Legacy Vacations to later cancel it. They claimed the listing price was incorrect and attempted to increase the cost after the reservation was confirmed, and paid for. This is against Airbnb policy, which clearly states that hosts cannot cancel confirmed reservations due to pricing errors. I pointed this out and attempted to resolve the issue, but Legacy Vacations still chose to cancel rather than honor the reservation or make any reasonable accommodation. Th... read more

We have used Legacy a handful of times for our stays. We have never had an issue with Legacy that wasn't immediately taken care of/addressed. They are very easy to work with, are quick to reply and very helpful. It's easy to get a hold of them via phone to ask questions or update a reservation. I would definitely recommend going through them for your stay.

We originally used this group to reserve a specific spot on Santa Rosa Blvd. in Ft. Walton-Destin area. Our family enjoys visiting this there, especially during Nov.-Feb. When our favorite spots aren’t available, Legacy is always happy to help us find another place nearby. They are easy to contact, give quick, helpful responses, and do their best to meet our needs. Fortunately, we rarely have reason to reach out during stays since their properties are quite well maintained!
