The section we stayed in was old and outdated. The AC didn't work the first 2 nights, the third night they fixed it and it was rattling so loud, we couldn't sleep. The next night it was fixed. I was told there was a "newer" section. It's best to ask for the new section. The old section is in poor condition. The pool and the work out rooms were nice.
The resort itself when you check in is nice, but our room was across the street in the "slums". It's like walking into a Red Roof Inn (although I've stayed in Red Roof Inns with a better experience than this room). The door separating our room from the kitchen of the other guest next to us was so cheap that when sitting on our bed, you can see their feet when they walk past the door from the huge gap underneath and every conversation they had in normal voices, we could hear (with our tv on).
