Susan was an absolute BLESSING. She was so kind, compassionate and really took the time to ease my mind of any concerns I had. Cara was also very helpful and accommodating! I cannot recommend this place enough for new/expecting moms. They made my whole day. Very easy to book, quick response time. It’s exactly what you need when you’re looking for reassurance between doctors appointments.
Carilion breast diagnostic center was booked out 9 weeks for stat diagnostic mamm/US. Ultrasound America is the only independent sonographer provider I could find in Roanoke. I am very thankful for the opportunity to have peace of mind while waiting. I requested an appointment online, and Cara called back within 10 min. She set an appointment same week. Wow. If you are anxious about your pregnancy and don’t want to wait until your next OB appt, have an ultrasound with Susan. Truly a wonderful experience. Cannot recommend enough.
I went here for an elective 3D ultrasound at 30 weeks b/c my OB office was not currently offering them, and I had the best experience! The sonographer was amazing!! I had my 12 y/o with me and she explained things so well and included my daughter in the process as well. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
I came here very early in pregnancy at 5weeks and 3 days to get a confirmation. I only cared about if the baby was in my uterus and no where else. The baby indeed was. I already knew because I was so early that I wouldn’t see much and I saw what I expected. A yolk sac. My only advice is that if a patient is under 6 weeks, start with a TV Ultrasound.
