We broke down and needed repair in Hays on our Ram Diesel Truck on our way back to Minnesota. I initially went to the dealership and got a quote that was high and they couldn’t fit me in for 2 days. I called Legacy and they were able to get me in the next day. They were very friendly to work with, the fix took longer than expected but they held to their original quote, which was less than half of the dealership quote. They did a great job and I was impressed.
Profressional , good work, they get things done in a timely manner.
While traveling through Kansas on a Saturday morning we started feeling a shimmy in our 1 ton truck we contacted them, they fixed the problem. Both young men could not have been more professional. They were honest with us even though they knew we wouldn’t be repeat customers. Great job!
