My daughter is 5yo and very active. The trainers are very kind and interactive with the children as well as being very encouraging. I also appreciate that they keep the whole class active and they are constantly changing from one activity to another so my active daughter doesn't get bored, which was the problem we had in dance class. The layout is also very family friendly with parents being able to watch multiple classes at a time and work on homework with other children. My kids have been coming here for the past 4 years. They love the ninja class (aka parkour). The coaches are kind, inspiring, and fun, and the management is seriously amazing… so flexible with our shifting schedule. I also saw they do adult ninja, which I’d love to try. Super recommend!
An amazing gym, excellent staff. They took care of everything and made sure the birthday party had fun.
