Great place to live !!! People in office are amazing people and will work with you. Super quiet community been here almost a year. The apartments are very spacious. Ridgefield is growing a lot shops coming in me and my kids love walking to get ice cream across street, I-5 only a few miles very convenient place to be.
These apartments are clean, but they keep Raising the price on Utilities and trash and they don’t care that people that don’t even live at this apartment Complex are dropping their trash off and we are having to pay for it. It would be nice if they lock the garbage areas so only people that are residence at this apartment complex drop their trash off not people from around the neighborhood. Just know if you live here, you’re gonna pay more for trash because people from all around Ridgefield are dumping their trash here
Legacy Trails is hands down the most best apartment complex you could ever hope to live at! Incredibly nice grounds and units kept up by Andrew in Maintenance. And if you ever stop by the office jadyn is always there to help out with any questions you have! Couldn't ask for a better place to live!
Legacy Trails has been amazing! I’ve been a resident for almost a year now and have nothing but great things to say about the staff, the complex itself and the area. I hands down recommended living at Legacy Trails! It has been so enjoyable and definitely feels like home ☺️❤️
My boyfriend and I had a tour with Jadyn the other day, and even tho we aren’t planning to move till the summer she was so helpful and went above and beyond for us! We are going to be first time renters and she helped answer all of our questions and was so patient with us! We can’t wait to call this place home in a few months!
