Garreth was quick to come out and check an issue with our split system. He was honest and I appreciated that he gave straightforward advice without trying to upsell any unnecessary work. Very professional and easy to deal with.

Would not hesitate to recommend Legacy Trade Services for all your electrical and heating / cooling needs. We had three reverse cycle units replaced in our two storey house which was a challenging job due to previous installation decisions by builders of our house. Garreth and Troy were responsive, open, and honest in their communication from start to finish. Combine this with their quality workmanship and keen attention to detail puts them a step ahead of the rest.
Garreth was great to deal with initially — very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to come out and give us advice on installing a 5 split system air conditioners. He seemed genuinely helpful and we appreciated the time he took. Unfortunately, despite promising to send a quote by the following Monday (16th June) we haven’t received a single response back — despite following up multiple times via text and email.
