Money hungry builder. They take highest and best offers. Their sales agent Carlos Gatica is horrible about contacting people on their list and reaching out when more homes were available. Which ultimately led us to go with another builder. Do NOT recommend this builder at all. Also our lender and real estate agent know the owner of Salisbury homes to be very difficult to work with.
