Worst experience I've ever had at a title company. They seemed nice enough but the communication was poor and after a month of dragging things on, they told us that they couldn't close our transaction. When we asked why they couldn't close it, they responded in an email saying "This transaction is denied. There will be no further communication on this file." If they had least given us a reason so that we could work on fixing the issue before we took the sale to another title company, I wouldn't be leaving a bad review.

We had a few large road bumps and Kelsey did everything she could to make sure we got our house!!!

Fast and efficient. I used them to process a simple sale of one of my properties. I walked in, gave them my documents, and came back 9 days later. Signed documents and it was done. A very easy transaction. Kelsey and Jensen were very pleasant to deal with.

While friendly on the phone, the individuals I've worked with at Legacy Title have a slow turnaround on deliverables and create more work for the parties involved. Their heart may be in the right place, but they seem to lack the experience and efficiency of Flying S or Mountain Title. Unless you have a professional relationship with someone at Legacy, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
