Buyers and sellers: please be cautious and make sure you have a second set of eyes on the numbers. Don’t assume Legacy Title will flag critical issues for you. I would not recommend Legacy Title. As a first-time home seller, I trusted them to guide me professionally through closing. Instead, I was told I would receive about $2,700 back, only to be informed hours before closing that it was actually the opposite — I owed over $2,000.
